Call for Presentations or Suggestions

The HTF Planning and Education Committee will review all suggestions. It is understood that not all submitted presentations or requests will be selected for the upcoming event.

This form must be completed for consideration.

• If you are proposing a topic you would like to present, please include a session outline or abstract and a resume or biography for all speakers, as well as any relevant information for the committee to review.
• If you are proposing a topic you have seen at another event, please include as much information as possible (including the speaker and conference information).
• If you are proposing a topic you would like to see, please make sure you include enough information in the session outline so that we can fully understand your request.
